Spurrier Prepares For Auburn

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Steve Spurrier has enjoyed doing a lot of things for the first time in South Carolina football history. Beating Auburn is not one of them. Spurrier, 0-5 against Auburn as the Gamecocks head coach, says his team has to hope and believe it can compete with the 5th-ranked Tigers this Saturday. The Ball Coach points out his team was able to beat Georgia. He hopes that means USC will be able to compete at Auburn. Saturday’s game at Jordan-Hare Stadium is set for 7:30 p.m. on the SEC Network.
