Columbia walking to support those with lupus

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — A walk scheduled for Columbia is aimed at supporting people diagnosed with lupus and their families.

The Charles R. Drew Wellness Center is hosting the second annual Lupus Walk for a Cure on Saturday. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m., and the walk kicks off an hour later.

Registration costs $25 per person on-site and is $20 in advance. Registration for a team of five people is $100.
