Critics Call For More In-Depth D.S.S. Evaluations

Columbia, SC (WOLO)-Critics are calling on The South Carolina Social Services Agency to conduct more in-depth evaluation of what sort of home situation is best for each child in its care. That call arose at a special senate committee hearing as lawmakers investigate problems dogging The Department Of Social Services. Those who testified say the evaluations could ultimately mean the child spends less time in the system.
