Wal-Mart to give $75,000 to SC food banks

FLORENCE, S.C. (AP) — A food bank is getting a $75,000 donation that it says will help them feed people in 20 South Carolina counties.
Harvest Hope Food Bank will announce the gift from Wal-Mart on Wednesday morning at its Florence location.
Leaders at the food bank say the money will not only help counties in the Pee Dee, but also areas covered by Harvest Hope’s locations in Columbia and Greenville.
