Columbia, SC (WOLO)- Workers at lizard’s thicket will be busy tomorrow. They’ll serve up thousands of collard greens, black eyed peas and pork chops on new year’s day. Legend has it the traditional New Year’s meal will bring you good fortune in the new year. So just how much will the restaurant be putting out? Last year, they sold more than 46-hundred pork chops, 85-hundred servings of black eyed peas and close to nine-thousand servings of collard greens.
