Police: Man arrested for child abuse incident on Bailey Street.

COLUMBIA, S.C – Columbia Police have arrested a man they say badly injured a three month old boy.

According to authorities, the injuries happened on December 2nd at a home on Bailey Street.

Tyrone Weeks is charged with unlawful conduct towards a child.

Authorities say the infant had multiple life threatening injuries and is now in the custody of the Department of Social Services.
