Midlands Businesses gift a car to domestic abuse survivor

Columbia, SC (WOLO) — A survivor of domestic abuse now has a new lease on life, thanks in part to a Midlands business.

Monday, John Harris Body Shop partnered with Geico and the National Auto Body Council to donate a 2014 Honda Civic to a client of Sister Care.

A spokesperson for the organization says the woman who will receive the car is super excited.
