SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – Deputies in Sumter say a death investigation is underway after a male was found in the yard of an abandoned residence on Wilder Street.
The body of a black male was discovered this morning and is considered to be suspicious, deputies say.
The name of the victim will be released after notification of next of kin.
