Deputies: Person dies in deadly drive-by shooting

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – Deputies in Richland County have an investigation underway into a deadly drive-by shooting that happened Sunday night. It was reported around 9:45pm in the 2500 block of Windy Drive. The sheriff’s department says person was hit in the upper body and taken to the hospital where they later died.
