Rubber Match: Clemson at (5) USC Monday

After Sunday’s game 3 between fifth-ranked Carolina and Clemson was canceled Sunday due to weather, the two teams conclude their series with a rubber match Monday. Friday night saw Clemson tack on 11 runs on 12 hits, as the Tigers dismantled the Gamecocks 11-4 in the opener. Saturday went the way of Carolina. Seven Gamecocks contributed to Carolina’s seven hits, while four different Gamecocks earned RBIs in USC’s 4-1 comeback win Saturday.
