Benedict Guard Earns National Award

FUQUAY-VARINA, N.C. (BC SID) — Benedict guard Brennan Reynard has been named the North Carolina Mutual BOXTOROW National Player of the Week. Reynard, a 5-11, junior from Slidell, La., averaged 13.5 points, 5.3 assists, 4.5 rebounds and 4.3 steals in four games last week as the Tigers won the SIAC Tournament championship. Reynard was also named tournament MVP.
