COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Denzel Johnson didn’t know if this day would come, but thanks to a late push in the classroom the A.C. Flora football star is now officially a Clemson Tiger. At a ceremony at A.C. Flora High School Wednesday morning, Johnson, surrounded by about a dozen supporters clad in orange, signed his national letter of intent with Clemson. The wide receiver, defensive back and return specialist said he doesn’t know what position he will play in college but signing to play at Clemson today was a dream come true.
