DC Police: 19-year-old dies after taking drug `Molly’

WASHINGTON (AP) – Police say a Virginia woman celebrating her 19th birthday at a concert venue in Washington has died after apparently taking the drug “Molly.” Victoria Callahan, of Sterling, Virginia, was taken from Ecostage to a hospital in the very early hours of Thursday. Police say Callahan reported feeling sick and that she was taken to the hospital in stable condition. A police report says she was under the influence of Molly. MedStar Washington Hospital Center confirmed that she died Thursday. Television station WUSA-TV reports Callahan was a sophomore marine biology major at Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina.
