WATCH: Gov. McMaster threatens no football if COVID cases don’t decline

Gov. Henry McMaster said during a press conference Wednesday that if cases of Coronavirus don’t decline across the state of South Carolina, he’ll have no choice but to leave restrictions in place for large gatherings, effectively canceling college football in the state.
