O’Malley returning to South Carolina for campaign events
COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Democratic presidential hopeful Martin O’Malley is returning to South Carolina for several campaign events.
The former Maryland governor is in Columbia on Tuesday for meetings with community leaders, elected officials and leaders of the state’s historically black colleges and universities.
In the morning, O’Malley is holding a round table discussion with 20/20 Leaders of America at the Sheraton hotel in downtown Columbia.
Later, he’s taking part in another discussion with leaders of the area’s historically black colleges and universities.
