CPD: Suspicious death being investigated

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Officials with the Columbia Police Department are investigating a suspicious death at a home off Forest Drive. Officers conducted a requested welfare check at a home on Boudon Court and found the body of a deceased male inside officials say. The death is being deemed suspicious until the Richland County Coroner’s Office determines an exact cause of death. No additional information has been released.
