Sumter Co. Sheriff: Manning man charged with assault and battery
COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested 37-year-old Dusty Lee Halton of Cato Street on October 7.

On August 17, authorities say Halton threatened to harm the victim verbally and through social media while on Holiday Drive. Officials say Halton has been charged with third degree assault and battery.
