President-elect Biden set to receive COVID-19 vaccine next week

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– President-elect Joe Biden is set to get a COVID-19 vaccine in public sometime next week. He says he wants to demonstrate that the vaccine is safe to take. Officials with the Biden transition team say Vice President-elect Kamala Harris will get vaccinated soon, but they didn’t release a date.
