Greenwood County man stabbed to death at party

GREENWOOD, S.C. (AP) — Authorities say a man has been stabbed to death during a weekend party in Greenwood County.

Investigators told The Index-Journal of Greenwood (http://bit.ly/thKgDt ) that 25-year-old Devin Lewis was stabbed in the chest Saturday night and died a short time later at the hospital.

Deputies say Lewis was killed after several arguments at a party at a camper that he attended with his wife.

Investigators say a suspect ran from the camper, but was tracked down by bloodhounds several hours later. Deputies say 43-year-old Tony Suddeth is charged with murder. It wasn’t clear if he had an attorney.
