Great Falls woman found dead in home
GREAT FALLS, S.C. (AP) — Chester County officials say they think the death of a Great Falls woman was a homicide.
Deputies were called to a home about 8:30 p.m. Monday after a neighbor complained about a loud noise.
Officers found 57-year-old Alfreda Wertz Hinson dead in the home. Investigators did not release the cause of death.
Sheriff Richard Smith says his office, the coroner’s office and the State Law Enforcement Division are investigating.
No arrests have been reported.
