Body Found In Median Folo

HARLEYVILLE, S.C. (AP) _ Authorities say a man found dead in the median of Interstate 26 about 30 miles outside of Charleston was struck by a vehicle. Dorchester County Coroner Chris Nisbet said Friday that the man died from a skull fracture after he was struck. The man’s identity was not released. Troopers say a woman told them she dropped off a man near the area on Nov. 13. The Highway Patrol is investigating the death as a hit-and-run. Mowers found the body in the median of I-26 near the Harleyville exit around noon Thursday.
