Lexington man arrested on charges related to the sexual exploitation of a minor

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– According to Attorney General Alan Wilson, a Lexington man faces eight charges related to the sexual exploitation of a minor. Authorities say 51-year-old Daniel Terence Gregory was arrested on April 15 and was charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor, second degree and seven counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, third degree.

Investigators say they received reports from the Tipline for the national Center for Missing and Exploited Children which led them to Gregory. According to investigators, Gregory possessed and distributed child sexual abuse material.
