173 cases of COVID-19, 4 new deaths in SC Saturday

COLUMBIA (WOLO): 173 new cases of COVD-19 were announced by the state Department of Health and Environmental Control Saturday, along with 140 probable cases.

Another 4 deaths were also added to the 8,567 total deaths statewide.

South Carolina has reported a total of 491,541 cases of COVID-19 since the pandemic began. DHEC says 2% of the most recent tests results can back positive.
