SLED: Orangeburg County man facing manslaughter for the shooting death of a man in Hampton County

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– According to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, an Orangeburg County man has been charged with manslaughter and other crimes for a shooting that took place in Hampton County earlier this month.

Authorities say 52-year-old Richard Frazier Kyzer is charged with manslaughter, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and possession of a firearm by person convicted of violent felony in connection with the shooting death of Anthony Wiggins on August 15.

According to officials, Kyzer was booked at the Hampton County Detention Center.
