Teen accused of firing shots into mini-van

Lexington Co., S.C. (WOLO)– Deputies in Lexington County say a man accused of shooting into a minivan turned himself in last night.
Investigators say Kristofer Thomas and an unidentified 17 year old were walking down Casa Dell Rd in Gaston when they fired several shots into a passing mini-van.
no one was hurt.
The teen turned himself in for the shooting back in May.
