Police: Woman Found Murdered in Home

Columbia, SC (WOLO)– Columbia Police have arrested a suspect in what they are calling a domestic violence related murder. Investigators say they responded to a home on English Ave. in Columbia just after noon Monday. When they arrived they found the body of a woman they say was murdered. According to police, at 4pm Monday afternoon they spotted Michael Peterson walking in the 2 Notch Rd. area and arrested him for the murder. The cause of death has not yet been released.
