Suspect in custody in fatal Sumter shooting

Sumter, S.C. (WOLO)–  Deputies in Sumter County say when they responded to a shooting on Vaughn St. Thursday, Edward Miller, 50,  approached them and told them he shot Shaun Rich, 48, of Sumter.

Rich was pronounced dead at the scene.

No word on what lead up to the incident.

Deputies say more details will be released when they are available.
