SCDOT reveals plans to fix Malfunction Junction and combat interstate congestion

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– The State Department of Transportation held a meeting to show the public plans for the Carolina Crossroads project. The goal is to fix Malfunction Junction and interstate congestion.
