COLUMBIA,S.C. (WOLO) With less than a week before the South Carolina Primary, Republican Presidential hopeful, Mitt Romney isn’t taking any chances. Massachusetts former Governor arrived in the Palmetto State Wednesday afternoon, fresh off of wins in both Iowa and New Hampshire. Romney says it’s time to get the Country back on track and his first order of business would be employment. Romney says his history in the private sector gives him an advantage over his Republican Rivals. Claiming he knows business, how jobs come and why they go. “Given the challenges that exist in our economy i think people want to have someone who understands jobs and understands what it takes to get jobs here.” During Wednesday night’s rally, Romney said he is that someone and says it’s time to change the failed policies put place under the Obama Administration for the last 3 years. Romney says the economy is only one of several issues he’s had with the current administration. As President he says he’d do more to protect social security and medicare, balance the nations budget, open up our energy resources making America the most attractive place in the world for job creation.
