George Rogers Blvd. Victims Id’d

Columbia, SC (WOLO)–The Richland County Coroner’s office has identified the four people killed in a fiery crash on George Rogers Blvd. Wednesday morning. Coroner Gary Watts says 23 year old Billings Fuess, 22 year old Brian McGrath, 24 year old Melinda Pipp, and 23 year old Kelsey Harris were killed instantly when their car slammed into the Farm Bureau Insurance building around 5am Wednesday morning. Harris was celebrating her 23rd birthday. The coroner says toxicology results will be available in the next week. The coroner says high speed may have been a factor. Columbia police continue to investigate.
