Gingrich Wins South Carolina

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — After days of twists and turns in the Republican primaries, Gingrich comes out on top in the Palmetto State. Former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich, addressed hundreds of South Carolina supporters in downtown Columbia after opponent, Mitt Romney conceded shortly after 7:00 pm Saturday. Gingrich told the crowd he wants to become known as the ‘best paycheck president in American history.’
