Nine year old struck, killed

Sumter, S.C. (WOLO)– According to the Sumter Co. Coroner’s Office, a 9 year old was crossing Hwy. 378 Wednesday.

Officials say Za’Hiar Hammet, died Friday at Palmetto Health Richland.

The Highway Patrol is investigating.
