President Biden to deliver first State of the Union address Tuesday

CNN– President Joe Biden is set to deliver his first State of the Union address to Congress Tuesday. Historically, the speech offers presidents a chance to highlight their priorities and agenda, but much of that is taking a back seat as the Russia-Ukraine conflict continues.
