Kershaw County names late K-9 ‘Officer of the Year’

Kershaw Co, SC (WOLO) — Sometimes the best officers have paws.

Tuesday night the Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office recognized K-9 officer Nala as its Officer of the Year.
Her handler officer Randy Bass accepted the honor on her behalf.

Officer Nala passed away from cancer in December of last year.
