Lancaster man pleads guilty in Rock Hill shooting
YORK, S.C. (AP) — A Lancaster man has pleaded guilty to shooting a man to death in Rock Hill last year.
The Herald of Rock Hill reported (http://bit.ly/xeQSyE) 23-year-old Glen Sergio Brace pleaded guilty Wednesday to voluntary manslaughter and possession of a gun during a violent crime.
Prosecutor Willy Thompson says Circuit Judge William Seals sentenced Brace to 35 years in prison.
Twenty-seven-year-old David Watts of Gray Court was found shot outside a motel last September 4.
Witnesses described a suspect vehicle and officers stopped it a short time later. Brace and two other men were in the car along with two guns. One of the men has pleaded guilty to accessory charges and the other man is expected to be in court this week.
