Pregnant Woman Accused of Stealing Cigarettes

Orangeburg, SC (WOLO)– Police in Orangeburg say they arrested a pregnant woman who stole cigarettes from a grocery store and then threatened the clerk with a knife. Investigators say on Monday, Latricia Bonaparte went into a Bi-Lo grocery store on Stonewall Jackson Dr and asked for cigarettes. Police say she then took them from the clerk and did not pay. When she was confronted by another employee she pulled a knife and told them to leave her alone.
