NY subway shooting suspect due in court, facing terror charge

CNN– The man accused of open firing on a New York subway train is appearing in court today. The manhunt for the suspect came to a close yesterday afternoon, after law enforcement sources say the suspect called in a tip that led to his own arrest. He now faces a federal charge, with more likely to follow.
