City of Orangeburg: One injured in shooting on Treadwell Street

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– The City of Orangeburg says officers with the Orangeburg Department of Public Safety are investigating a shooting incident that took place this morning in the 400 block of Treadwell Street.

Officers say they were called to the scene around 6:05 a.m. for reports of an individual who had been shot. Once on the scene, authorities say they found a male suffering from a gunshot wound who was subsequently transported to the Regional Medical Center by EMS for treatment.
