Ben & Jerry visiting Spartanburg hospital

SPARTANBURG, S.C. (AP) — Two of ice cream’s most famous names are making a stop In South Carolina.

Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield of Ben & Jerry’s Homemade Ice Cream are touring the Spartanburg Hospital for Restorative Care on Saturday.

The 97-bed center is a long term, acute-care facility.

Organizers say Cohen and Greenfield are guests of honor at a Spartanburg Regional Foundation gala later Saturday night.

Ben & Jerry’s, is based in Burlington, Vt.
