CONWAY, S.C. (AP) — The Horry County Sheriff’s Office is helping county residents protect their identities.
Deputies along with other sponsors are shredding personal papers Thursday morning at the county Government and Justice Center in Conway. The event is held annually.
Residents can bring up to three boxes or bags of old personal papers for shredding.
The goal at this year’s event is to shred 12,000 pounds of documents.
