Two men charged after stealing from flood victims

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) — Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott announced the arrests of two men charged with looting. Sheriff Lott stated that at 10am on October 8 deputies on patrol spotted 33-year-old Justin Fann and 42-year-old Timothy Wyllie on the 100 block of Glenhaven Dr. with stolen items packed in a pickup truck; the two were going through neighborhoods stealing items out of citizens yards. Sheriff Leon Lott stated that looting will not be tolerated and those caught will be charged with a felony, punishable up to 10 years in prison. Fann and Wyllie have been transported to the Alvin S Glenn Detention Center.
