Coroner identifies woman killed in Edgewater Dr home

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Richland County Coroner Gary Watts has released the name of the individual found dead at a home on Edgewater Drive in Columbia Sunday afternoon. The body of 76-year-old Alice Tollison was found inside her home just before 6pm. Coroner Watts stated that an autopsy conducted Monday morning showed Tollison died from traumatic injuries to her upper body. The case has been ruled a homicide. The Richland County Sherriff‘s Department continues to investigate.
