Unoffical Results: McDowell Wins Columbia Dist. Two Seat

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)–The runoff for Columbia City Council’s District two seat was a close one. Ed McDowell earned 52% of the vote, while Aaron Bishop came away with 48%. McDowell will replace Brian DeQuincey Newman.
