Wall Collapses

(WOLO) COLUMBIA, S.C., — Details are still coming in but ABC Columbia News has learned a structure has fallen over along Bull street. The incident happened around just before 11 Wednesday night near the old Mental hospital. Several lanes of traffic have been blocked off as crews work to access the severity of the scene and clean up the scene.
