IVA, S.C. (AP) _ Authorities say a South Carolina man killed his new wife, then fled to Pennsylvania and called police to confess.
Iva police said 28-year-old Jonathan Craig Roe was detained Monday in Lower Allen, Pa., and was being charged with murder.
