City of Columbia Employee Killed Responding to TS Irma

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)–Columbia City Manager Teresa Wilson announced Tuesday that Assistant Superintendent Arthur D. Strudwick was killed in an accident while responding to a downed tree during the height of Tropical Storm Irma Monday.
