The Wade Trophy is presented annually to the nation’s most outstanding NCAA Division I women’s basketball player. Mitchell is one of just three non-seniors among this year’s 12 finalists and is the third Gamecock all-time to on the list.

She and the other seven regional winners are now finalists for the inaugural Pat Summitt Trophy to be presented to the 2014 Russell Athletic/WBCA NCAA Division I National Coach of the Year, which will be announced on Mon., Apr. 7.
