Class of 2014 signee Gabe DeVoe (Shelby, N.C.) was named to the 58th annual Parade All-America boys basketball team announced over the weekend. DeVoe is the fifth Clemson signee in history to earn the distinction, joining Skip Wise (’74), Clarke Bynum (’80), Sharone Wright (’91) and Milton Jennings (’09).

Mitchell was the AP’s only unanimous All-SEC selection. Alaina Coates captured the second Newcomer of the Year honor in South Carolina history; both recognitions have come under Staley’s tutelage.
Newberry College and head football coach Todd Knight have released the Wolves’ 2014 playing schedule. Newberry will host five home games at historic Setzler Field in the 101st season of intercollegiate football for the scarlet and gray.
