Panthers To Begin Renovation After 2013 Season
Carolina Panthers president Danny Morrison says the team plans to begin renovations on their 16-year-old stadium immediately after the 2013 NFL season and estimates the project could take two years to complete.
South Carolina F Geathers has knee scoped
Gamecocks coach Frank Martin said Tuesday that Geathers had undergone the procedure because the injury was not healing as expected. Geathers had hurt himself in July and was expected to need at least six months to recover.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP)– The Carolina Panthers are giving details of how they would spend the funds they’ve requested to upgrade Bank of America Stadium. The team’s top four priorities are installing new escalators to carry fans to the upper level, video and ribbon boards and sound system, technology upgrades and improving the stadium’s infrastructure. A total of 21 South Carolina baseball games will be televised this year as eight more were added today.
Limited Number Of Baseball Tickets Remain
A limited number of tickets remain for Opening Weekend as South Carolina begins the 2013 season on Feb. 15 hosting a three-game series vs. Liberty at Carolina Stadium. A small amount of standing room only tickets are available for Opening Day on Friday, Feb. 15, as well as game two of the series on Saturday, Feb. 16. Some bleacher seats and standing room only tickets are available for Sunday’s series finale with first pitch scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
Stokes leads Tennessee past South Carolina 66-61
