Gamecocks Take An Early 7-0 Lead

Damiere Byrd goes with the number change for the Gamecocks today wearing number 10 instead of his normal number 3 and his first catch of the game is a 56-yard touchdown grab from quarterback Connor Shaw to give Carolina an early 7-0 lead.

Merrifield Helps Friend With Cancer

USC Sunday Practice Report

Carolina wrapped up its final full Outback Bowl practice Sunday in Tampa. Defensive coordinator Lorenzo Ward said the USC players have had good practices and are focused for their 1 p.m. Tuesday kickoff against Michigan.
